  1. Limited quota for designated room types and subject to availability, first-come first-served.
  2. Limited quota for 29 Nights Long Stay Package in promotion price, first-come first-served.
  3. The effective date of this Long Stay Package is 1 June 2021.
  4. The listed price is subject to availability and final price should be subject to final quotation.
  5. This Long Stay Package is applicable to individual booking only.
  6. This Long Stay Package is applicable to the Double Room, Twin Room or Family Room (4-Person) of YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel only.
  7. The above rates for Double Room or Twin Room Long Stay Package is applicable to single or double occupancy. Guest can enjoy one extra bed with additional HK$150 per night. The room is capable for maximum 3 guests with one extra bed. The extra bed service is by request upon making the reservation with limited quota. This service is subject to availability, first-come first-served.
  8. The Family Room (4-Person) Long Stay Package is capable for maximum 4 guests only.
  9. Reservation of this Long Stay Package can be made by sending email to [email protected], calling (852) 3728 3550 / (852) 3728 3500 or visiting YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel in person.
  10. The check in time for this Long Stay Package is after 4pm; late check out until 2pm is applicable on check out date.
  11. Any extension of stay is subject to availability.
  12. This Long Stay Package includes Complimentary Housekeeping Service twice a week (one of them includes linen & towels changing for free). This free service must be used during the staying period, otherwise will not be entertained.
  13. A lucky bag will be given as free gift upon booking of each Long Stay Package. The quota of free gift is limited and subject to availability, first-come first-served.
  14. Only the staying guests of the Long Stay Package who aged 18 or above can redeem the free gift mentioned above.
  15. Free service and  free gift cannot be redeemed for cash, any other items or offers and are bound by corresponding Terms and Conditions.
  16. Once the free gift is redeemed and collected, Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) will not reissue or provide any compensation if the gifts are lost, damaged or stolen.
  17. The full payment of any Long Stay Package must be settled and deducted by the chosen method instantly during reservation.
  18. Once the reservation of any Long Stay Package is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or transfer shall be entertained, and all payment is not refundable.
  19. The room bookings of Long Stay Package are bound by the Terms and Conditions for Room Reservation.
  20. Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) has the right to amend any details and rate of the Long Stay Package without prior notice.
  21. This Long Stay Package offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  22. HKYHA has the sole and final decision in case of any disputes.
