Front Desk Officer
Working Location: Mei Ho House Youth Hostel
Position Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for various front office duties, including greeting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs and phone in enquiry in a courteous
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints in timely arrangement with professional manner.
– Support and assist all aspects of front desk operations
– To promote usage of other YHA hostels in Hong Kong
– Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Diploma holder or above in Hospitality, Tourism management or related field
– Fresh graduates are welcomed, with relevant experience will be an advantage
– Pleasant, customer-oriented with excellent communication skills;
– Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
– Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, and English / Chinese Word Processing
– Willing to work on rotating and overnight shift
– Immediate available is highly preferred
– Priority will be given to Sham Shui Po residents
