Front Desk Supervisor (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise the Front Desk operation
  • Supervise team members in Front Office to maintain smooth operation
  • Handle and respond guests’ inquiries and complaints
  • Be attentive to hostel security and safety requirements
  • To report manager regarding incidents happening in the hostel by recording the details, including actions taken and results in the log book
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1-2years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • With basic computer knowledge and skill, familiar with Microsoft Office applications and English/Chinese typing, etc.
  • Able to work independently and attend shift duties (07:00-16:00 / 15:00-00:00)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Priority will be given to Sham Shui Po residents
