Group Sales Executive (Full Time)

Working Location: Mei Ho House Youth Hostel
Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

– Handle Hostels’ group sales and achieve sales target
– Promote sales proactively by using various sale channels
– Build relationships with group clients for sales opportunities
– Develop and execute sales plans to attract group customers and increase sales.
– Analyze market trends and identify potential customer groups and sales opportunities.
– Explore new business opportunities and maintain a solid client rapport
– Handle reservations made by phone, email or whatsapp and membership subscriptions
– Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
– At least 2 years related working experience, experience in hostel/hotel will be an advantage
– Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management or related disciplines
– Proactive sales attitude and skill
– Good sales, communication and customer service skill
– Able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines and tasks
– Willing to meet clients and work in sub-urban and countryside hostels
– Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
– Well-versed in computer applications, Chinese Word Processing and MS office is required
– Immediate available is highly preferred
– Priority will be given to Sham Shui Po residents
