In the three-storey pre-war tenement, bags, leather crafts and accessories are sold on the ground floor; small workshops are held on the first floor for local designers to exchange ideas; and on the second floor, which is a diversified art space, different events, such as art exhibitions, film festivals, mini concerts, theater performances, fashion shows and cultural lectures, etc., are organized regularly to integrate the power of life, culture and creativity.
