On their way to the hostel!

In Oct 2014 and Mar 2015, 2 groups of volunteers from Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) came to Bradbury Hall in Chek King, Sai Kung and Bradbury Jockey Club Youth Hostel in Tai Mei Tuk respectively to help us with some hostel maintenance work.

Both hostels look much more fresh and energetic after their kindhearted contribution. Thank you very much our dear friends from HAESL– you guys are definitely making our hostellers’ stay more enjoyable!

What did they do?
Day 1 @ Bradbury Hall, Chek King, Sai Kung

On 25 Oct 2014 (Sat), 21 volunteers came to Bradbury Hall and took part in repainting the walls at the hostel reception and dormitory hallways.

Day 2 @ Bradbury Jockey Club Youth Hostel, Tai Mei Tuk
On 15 Mar 2015(Sun), 14 volunteers helped us repaint all metal window frames of the canteen & entrance gate.

A big salute to all your sweat of generosity again!

About HAESL
Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) provides world-class aero engine and component repair services to many of the world’s most respected airlines that have chosen Rolls-Royce to power their fleet of Airbus and Boeing Aircraft.

HAESL’s value depends on the sustainable development of its business and the goodwill of the employees and community in which they operate. In 2014 HAESL put their sustainability commitment a step further by launching a volunteer service leave policy that recognizes and promotes staff committing to outside working hours supporting HAESL endorsed volunteer work. Volunteering in YHA is a typical example under the volunteer service leave policy.
