OUT OF 5 HI5IVES HOSTEL AWARDS PRESENTED BY HOSTELLING INTERNATIONAL, HKYHA HAS WON 2 BIG ONES
Every year, Hostelling International, the non-profit youth organisation with a network of nearly 4000 hostels within 91 countries organizes a HI5ives Hostel Awards ceremony to recognize member associations and hostels with the best performance in the year.
This year, the ceremony took place in Toledo, Spain, with prizes awarded in five different categories based on ratings left by customers on hihostels.com. These included most comfortable hostel, friendliest hostel, green hostel, best hostel and best National Association of hostels.
Out of the 5 awards, HKYHA has won two big ones:
Best National Association of hostels: Hong Kong (Region)
Along with the grand opening of YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel, HKYHA’s hard work towards achieving a high level of customer satisfaction has not only paid off at one hostel, but across our four hostels reaching an outstanding 90% overall satisfaction, including Jockey Club Mt. Davis Youth Hostel, Bradbury Jockey Club Youth Hostel and YHA Ngong Ping SG Davis Youth Hostel.
